Now is a fantastic opportunity to reflect on the year and plan powerfully forward by using a framework. I recommend not waiting until the end of the year to answer these questions now:

  1. What specific results have you achieved so far this year?
  2. Are you healthier, wealthier, and wiser?
  3. Are you winning, losing or just holding ground?
  4. What results are you committed to achieving in the next 90 days (1st Quarter of the New Year)?

A foundation of success is, “Quality questions asked consistently and answered authentically will lead to a quality life.

How My Journey with Frameworks Began

Many years ago, one of my mentors shared with me the simple idea that structures create freedom. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to build momentum-based structures and frameworks. I want entrepreneurs to create and have financial freedom, experience greater fulfillment and have more fun.

The journey of an entrepreneur and those with entrepreneur side hustles will have quite a few pearls and perils. It takes a framework to keep us in line on our path toward success and dreams fulfilled. Within that framework, it will take practice to master time, focus, energy, relationships, and leverage.

My Early Years

When my Dad passed away close to 15 years ago, I sold my home and released most of my belongings to move closer to my Mom and family. I had to start from nothing again living in a bare one bedroom condo in Queens, NY. From there, it took having a great peer group, support structure and a commitment to excellence to build myself up into the man that I knew myself to be.

I immersed myself into years of peak performance and business building training to learn how to become unstoppable and embrace the idea of “having it all”. I hired the right mentors to guide me including Jay Abraham and Michael Gerber in addition to attending countless events to learn to continually level up my game.

There were, of course, dozens of perils on that journey: poor investments that almost led me to bankruptcy, team members who were not aligned with the mission, failed relationships and other such breakdowns. I even had my first kidney stone this year. Ouch!

Despite it all, I was able to course correct, thanks to those frameworks and support structures around me.

Questions and Frameworks

Asking quality questions is a key part of these frameworks. If you train yourself to see opportunity from the challenges that arise, you will begin to reframe any challenge that comes up.

The initial framework thirteen years ago that I put together to empower myself and other colleagues to elevate their productivity and even bend time became the Momentum Buddy program within SuccessCircles.com. We realized that every leader and entrepreneur deserves a 1-on-1 huddle as a means to jumpstart their day with total focus, clarity, energy, and intention.

On our peer coaching “momentum huddle” call, we would celebrate wins and provide quality feedback just like you would before playing in a major sporting event. Each day of being an entrepreneur is a game and on our calls, we ask each other quality questions such as, “How can you make this day better than yesterday?” By answering that question every day and making small adjustments, you will see our goals and dreams compound.
