Here’s our interview with Rich Mullens, Co-Founder and Trustee of Hope Works, about his rules for success.

Rich is a transformational leader with over 15 year’s hands-on experience working at the executive level as well as on the frontline in international not-for-profit markets across 3 continents. He believes that continually investing in yourself to improve your knowledge and understanding (mind), your health (body), and your relationships/connections (soul) will enable you to be the best version of yourself to live and love life to the full.

Family is Rich’s highest value. Most people he connects with throughout his life while mentoring, coaching, and leading, he considers a part of his extended family. It is his belief that we have so much to give – and the more we give of ourselves (a free resource) the more we become – like the butterfly effect, our giving has a far greater impact than we will ever know.

Growing up in Zimbabwe, Rich witnessed first hand the pain and suffering caused by lack of food, healthcare, education, and opportunities. ‘Hope Works’ is a non-profit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing grants to purpose-driven organizations and individuals to achieve our 4 key initiatives: Hope for Hunger, Hope for Health, Hope for Education, and Hope for the Future.

If you are an individual or organization that wants to get a better return on their investment in people, systems, products, and services by discovering and liberating un-tapped potential, connect with Rich Mullens at https://www.hopeworks.charity. Start your journey to freedom!

Onward and Upwards,

Joseph
