Weekly Wins of Michael Bivona July 20

I want to share with you a couple of Success Circle wins. Brent E, my first Success Circle Buddy, had a strategy of stopping by cold various offices. I thought this was ludicrous and a waste of time. But business in May was slow and I dusted off my suits and dropped the I am too old for this crutch. Yesterday I submitted a deal for $16,000,000 to a lender from this strategy.

Working with Mercedes I mentioned that I am switching my CRM. On our 2nd round as buddies Mercedes mentioned he is loving that CRM. No idea that he also made the switch. Yesterday Mercedes gave me a tutorial on how he uses the CRM which was extremely valuable so I do not lose other opportunities like the one above.
