These “bragging calls” are an opportunity to

I got good results from a conference despite getting there pretty tired; adjusted my sleep schedule and started to get enough sleep; found an awesome co-working space that provides great networking opportunities; overcame being overwhelmed from having plenty of small tasks. I got things under control; got back to my workouts!
